Calendars inside AltaMail are read from your iPhone/iPad calendar accounts.
You can add more calendars in the Settings app - "Accounts & Passwords". Tap on "Add Account" and enter your account details.

You can choose which calendars to display and print inside AltaMail with the choose calendar (View) screen.
