AltaMail enables you to view all new/unread email across all of your favorites accounts in a single tap. You can change which accounts are your favorites in the account settings (View) - Appearance section.
Tap on the new/unread count beside the "Favorites Inbox" (or other folders) and you can view only the unread emails in this folder.
