With Save2PDF you can create a formatted Note and add it to the front or back of a PDF file.

1. Open Save2PDF and tap on Files in the left side panel
2. Tap the + button and choose "New Note"
3. Fill type in the note with what is required - add photos and contact details using the image button.
4. Once it is done tap in the top left to close the note
5. Select the new note along with a PDF or other file
6. Tap the PDF button, rename and save your new file
